Pricing:

Weekly rent from Saturday to Saturday
Check in as from 5PM
Check out before 10:30AM

High season (July & August) 2650€/week
Mid season (June & September) 2000€/week (last minute promo for June 2024: 1700€/week)

Additional cost:

Final cleaning mandatory - 175€
(includes bed linen, towels for bathroom and pool, kitchen towels)

Extra linen can be asked for a stay longer than 1 week, change on saturdays at an additional cost of 40€/house set - please inform us upfront.

Tourist tax Perugia: 1€/per person limited to the first 3 nights - children under 14 are exempted from tax.

Additional information:

Swimming pool open June 1st - September 30th
Free internet, both indoor & poolside wifi access
Smoking forbidden inside the house
No pets for allergic reasons
No parties and bachelor parties
Suitable for families, but the steep forest is unfenced (small children need to be watched)

We ask for a deposit of 400€ returned latest 1 week after the final day of your stay.
